After your items are received and processed, they will be washed, dried, and neatly folded, ready for you to pick up or have delivered to schedule your preferred service.

Receive Confirmation and Instructions

Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a text with clear instructions on how to leave your items at your door for pickup or drop them off at our store.

Completion and Return Notification

Once your items are ready for return or available for collection, we’ll send you a final text, letting you know when to expect them back. We’ll also provide any additional details regarding pickup or delivery, along with the link for payment.
