Receive Confirmation and Instructions Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a text with clear instructions on how to leave your items at your door for pickup or drop them off at our store.
Items Received and Processed
Completion and Return Notification Once your items are ready for return or available for collection, we’ll send you a final text, letting you know when to expect them back. We’ll also provide any additional details regarding pickup or delivery, along with the link for payment.
